At our permaculture farm in Hacienda del Fiscal based in Malaga, in the sunny southern Spain, we treat the Earth with love and care to ensure our avocado trees produce the best tasting products with the best possible impact for our surroundings. Our farm is home to a plethora of flora and fauna which we invite to graze, grow and flourish enriching our microcosm and your experience when consuming our products.

The fruit has a soft dark green skin and rounded shape.
The Bacon Avocado variety comes from a strong tree with a lush dark green foliage. The fruit is the perfect blend of creaminess and superior quality. This avocado stands out for its buttery texture, rich flavour and subtle smoky notes making it an ideal choice for any recipe. It has a lighter taste than the Hass variety and a lower fat content (obviously these are healthy non-saturated plant fats indispensable for your metabolic health) of around 12-15%.
At our farm we harvest this variety between October and January.
