At our permaculture farm in Hacienda del Fiscal based in Malaga, in the sunny southern Spain, we treat the Earth with love and care to ensure our avocado trees produce the best tasting products with the best possible impact for our surroundings. Our farm is home to a plethora of flora and fauna which we invite to graze, grow and flourish enriching our microcosm and your experience when consuming our products.

The Hass avocado variety comes from a more sensitive tree with a lush light green foliage. It was discovered by a Mr. Hass in California and has now become the most widespread variety commercially sold.
The fruit has a bumpy thick green skin protecting it during shipping.
It is the perfect blend of creaminess and superior quality. This avocado stands out for its lighter texture, nutty notes and rich flavour making it an ideal choice for any recipe. It has a stronger taste than the Bacon variety and a higher fat content (obviously these are healthy non-saturated plant fats indispensable for your metabolic health) of around 20%.
At our farm we harvest this variety between January and June.
